Project Performance	Measuring scale of environmental and social impacts and risks	Assessments have been appropriately undertaken by taking into account full scope of impacts and cumulative impacts. AND Company assessments demonstrate that the project has minimal environmental and social impacts or risks.	Full Score	Good
		Assessments have been appropriately undertaken by taking into account full scope of impacts and cumulative impacts. AND The assessment results show that the project leads to medium environmental and social impacts or risks.	Half Score	Fair
		No appropriate assessments have been undertaken. AND/OR The project will result in significant impacts and risks.	Zero Score	Poor
	Measuring management and monitoring plans and processes	Standardized, appropriate and detailed plans or processes are in place to manage the impacts and risks.	Full Score	Good
		General plans or processes are in place to mitigate or manage the impacts and risks.	Half Score	Fair
